I'd like to introduce a seminar on Jan. 21, 1-4pm @ Harmony House Yoga in Pismo Beach! This class will be fun and full of education on women's health and male fertility, balancing hormones naturally, boosting fertility. Kelly Metcalf, yoga instructor, specializes in prenatal massage/prenatal yoga and works wonderfully with women during pregnancy. She is also a Doula! I will be talking about traditional Chinese medicine, herbs, acupuncture, and nutrition to help balance the body and build fertility! Come join us for health education and gentle yoga to soothe the soul~ This class is for you if you and your partner are wanting to conceive! Come together!
